Feature of Submersible Pump
1. submersible pump is composed of working parts, motor, column pipe, watertight cable, pump deck, control cabinet and other relevant attachments.

3. submersible motor adopts filling water wet type structure, the clean water in its cavity is used for the cooling of motor and lubrication of bearing. During the operation, the pressure of filling water in the cavity varies because of the temperature; it can be adjusted automatically by the regulating device at the end of the motor.
4. desander and oil seal is installed at the upper end of the motor to prevent sand entering the cavity of the motor. The motor is seal structure.
5. water injection hole and gas vent is at the upper end of the motor, outlet hole is at the lower end of the motor.
6. thrust bearing and thrust collar is installed at the lower end of the motor, bearing the remaining axial force of the water pump and the weight of the motor rotor.
7. stator winding adopts water-resistant magnet wire, good insulation and water resistance, squirrel cage rotor
8. stator winding of heat-resisting submersible pump adopts high quality cross linking polyethylene water-resistant magnet wire, making the medium temperature of input reach 100℃.
