②General assembly drawing

③Manual and manufacturers of the bought-in components

④List of the expendable parts and spare parts. A certain amount of spare parts are provided.

4. After-sales service

4.1 Service guideline: fast, decisive, accurate, considerate, thorough

4.2 Service objective: make the client satisfied with the quality service

4.3 Service efficiency： When the equipment failures occurs within the warranty period or after the warranty period, the supplier will send the maintenance personnel to the site and work on the maintenance with 48 hours upon receiving the notice. Service will not end until the client gets satisfied.

4.4 Service principle: There is a one-year warranty of the product. The supplier provides free repair and replacement within the warranty period.

When the components are broken due to product quality or the components are broken after the warranty period, the accessories will be charged at cost price. When the equipment is broken due to human factor of the demander, the repair or accessories of the demanders will be charged at cost price.

Technical service on site will be provided according to the requirement of the demanders. Demanders will conduct the installation, commissioning of individual system and complete system, trial production according to the technical materials and drawings of the supplier.
